Selma Stampa is a qualified lawyer, with a degree in French and Spanish law issued by both the Complutense University of Madrid and the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. During her professional experience, Selma has specialized in mergers and acquisitions of national and international companies, as well as in commercial, contract and real estate law, also focusing on advising French clients.
Moreover, Selma has experience in due diligence processes, mergers and acquisitions, drafting of purchase and lease agreements, advising clients and investors in many sectors and jurisdictions, most of them international.
Before joining Stampa Abogados, Selma worked at Squire Patton Boggs in the Corporate/Real Estate department and at CMS Albiñana & Suárez de Lezo as a junior associate in the French Desk of the Commercial/M&A area.
