As counsel in arbitration proceedings our cases include amongst others:

• The representation of a Spanish firm in the food industry in an arbitration under the Rules of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) over a claim for the price adjustment of the buying and selling of company shares, filed by a French vendor.
• The representation of a German bank in an arbitration under the Rules of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) over the sale of shares in subsidiary companies via a Spanish investment bank.
• The representation of a Spanish investment bank in an arbitration under the Rules of the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA) against a former shareholder of an audiovisual product over the price adjustment of the purchase price of a company.
• The representation of a Spanish affiliate of a French multinational concessionaire in arbitration under the Rules of the Madrid Court of Arbitration (CAM) filed by a Spanish shareholder of a public services concession on a dispute over the price adjustment of the purchase price of a majority holding.

As arbitrators our cases include amongst others:

• Chairman of an arbitration tribunal in an ad hoc arbitration on a dispute between a French entity and a Spanish company over the determination of damages and the price adjustment of a purchase contract for shares.
• Arbitrator in an arbitration tribunal under the Rules of the Barcelona Arbitration Court (TAB), over the a dispute on the interpretation of a clause pertaining to price adjustment and indemnity settlements in a shares purchase contract signed by several private investment and venture capital entities.

• Sole arbitrator in an arbitration under the Rules of the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA) on the transfer of assets in a group of supermarkets.
• Arbitrator of arbitration tribunal under the Rules of the Barcelona Arbitration Court (TAB) in a dispute on the interpretation of a clause pertaining to the price adjustment and indemnity settlement of a purchase contract for shares signed by several private investment and venture capital entities.
